Cynthia Feathers served a judicial clerkship at the Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department and honed her appellate skills at the Appeals & Opinions Bureau of the State Attorney General’s Office in Albany and the Center for Appellate Litigation in Manhattan. She is co-chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Courts of Appellate Jurisdiction and for several years was an Adjunct Professor of Appellate Practice at Albany Law School. She has handled more than 400 appeals in a variety of areas, including criminal law, administrative law, contract disputes, personal injury, real property, trusts and estate, and matrimonial law.
